Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, required content, brand assets, login access, approvals and feedback needed to complete the project.

Delays in providing required information, access or approvals may affect project timelines.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing depends on the selected service and project scope.

Payment terms will be shared before the project begins. Work may begin only after the required advance or full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments must be made through approved payment methods.

Project Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are shared based on the agreed scope. Timelines may change due to client-side delays, additional requirements, third-party platform issues, technical limitations or changes in scope.

Revisions

The number of revisions included will be mentioned in the project scope or proposal.

Additional revisions, changes in direction or new feature requests may be charged separately.

Third-Party Tools

Some services may require third-party tools such as hosting platforms, CRM tools, automation platforms, email tools, WhatsApp tools, analytics tools, domain providers or payment gateways.

The client is responsible for third-party subscription fees, platform charges, usage charges and compliance with third-party terms unless otherwise agreed.

No Guarantee of Results

FunnelCom provides digital setup, implementation and consulting services.

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, profit, leads, sales, ad performance or conversion rates. Results depend on factors such as offer quality, market demand, pricing, traffic, sales process, communication, competition and client execution.

Intellectual Property

After full payment is received, the final approved project deliverables created specifically for the client may be used by the client for their business.

FunnelCom may retain rights to internal processes, templates, frameworks, methods, reusable components and know-how used during service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

FunnelCom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, business losses, revenue loss, data loss or platform-related issues arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Termination

FunnelCom may pause or terminate services if the client fails to provide required information, violates agreed terms, delays payment or misuses the services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
